| Description | This is the second year of our popular summer soccer program. College students from Iowa State University will take the lead on running this league which will focus on personal character, soccer skills, and a whole lot of fun. Registration and try outs will hopefully be held at the Decorah Middle School fields (corner of River and Vernon... arrangements still being worked out) on Thursday, June 3st from 6:30pm - 8pm. Cost will be $15/ child or $40/ family. Practices will be on every Thursday and games will be on every Saturday (starting on June 12). Teams will be formed based on the grade boys and girls are going into (exceptions can be made for special needs kids): Kindergartners 1st & 2nd graders 3rd & 4th graders 5th & 6th graders 7th & 8th graders Any questions can be directed to Tim Borseth (tim@decorahlifehouse.org or 563-387-7706). |
