| Description | You are invited to the fall Great Commission Leadership Institute! What is it? Here are its goals: 1. Relationship building. Not only between churches, but between pastors and leaders. It's a joy to know other brothers who are building the wall with us. 2. Learn. Hear and discuss several teachings, including one that focuses on a particular GCLI topic. 3. Worship/Supplicate. We typically spend time singing, and also praying for each of our churches. All of this helps keep us united, plus we are stimulated by learning from other brothers and churches. Details of the GCLI: runs from Friday, Nov 4, 7:30 p.m. to Saturday, Nov 5, 3:00 p.m. Meet in Des Moines, either at the WCCC building or Jordan Park Camp. Saturday breakfast is typically on our own, and our first session in the morning is 9:00 a.m. Lunch is together. Housing: we can either stay at the Camp, or we can find homes to stay in. Cost is typically quite small, around $5 or $10. |
